The Industrial Internet of things(IIoT) is the network of physical devices, vehicles, appliances and other items embedded with software, sensors, and network connectivity to connect and exchange data in the industrial sector of the economy. Each “thing” is uniquely identifiable through its embedded computing system but is able to inter-operate within the existing Internet infrastructure.
